aprompt has been the hosting provider for Estate Project Management (EPML) since 2004. During this period they have provided a first rate professional email service augmented with good personal assistance when needed. More recently aprompt has developed EPMLs web site. There has been a clear process of abstracting the clients brief and understanding the business drivers. There has been a clear process of website design development and communication and consideration of our particular skills level with IT processes. In summary aprompt have demonstrated to be professional, are very client aware, with excellent research and communication skills and take the time to work at the clients ability and speed.

I wanted to thank you for taking the time and trouble to write a reference for Bethany supporting her training and development within her apprenticeship here at Bawdens.

A key requirement of her apprenticeship is supporting her learning journey with evidence from a variety of sources, so to receive such a detailed and positive statement from yourself, as an industry professional, means so much.  We met with Bethany's tutor today and it is evident that the knowledge she has accumulated in the short time she has been working with us and the evidence she has put together means she is making excellent progress.

We are all excited about the re-vamped Tree Care website, with the new aprompt design and Bethany's contribution in respect of content and design tweaks, it really is in a different league compared with the site it is replacing.  Equally the new design for the other site looks great and whilst there is still a lot of work to do we can hardly wait to get it launched.

I have not had a lot of experience with using the internet, and was a bit reserved at the prospect of having my own site, especially one that I could update myself.
